These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and onepkr ("onepkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://onepkr.cam ("Platform", "Site").

onepkr is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform focused on the Pakistan market. The Platform provides editorial content, informational guides, market overviews and responsible gambling resources covering sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket, PSL and ICC tournaments), live casino products, slot game categories and related subjects relevant to Pakistani users across cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

onepkr is not a licensed gambling operator. We do not operate a casino, sportsbook or any wagering facility. We are an information and content platform. Any gambling activity a user chooses to undertake is governed solely by the terms and conditions of the relevant licensed operator with whom the user places bets or games.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform — whether or not you create a registered Account — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms supplement any additional terms, policies or guidelines published on specific sections of the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register for or use an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access and use is lawful.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of onepkr, or an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not have a previously suspended or terminated Account on the Platform, unless onepkr has expressly reinstated your access in writing.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. The eligibility requirements above do not constitute a representation by onepkr that gambling activity is legal in Pakistan or that any User's access to gambling content is lawful under applicable Pakistani law. This is not legal advice — Users must seek independent legal guidance where required.

Where the Platform requires or permits registration of a User Account, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep such information updated at all times.
• You will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your identity, age or eligibility.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party.
• You will notify onepkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• You may only maintain one Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
• You consent to onepkr requesting identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage, including a valid CNIC or passport for Pakistani users, proof of address where required, and a selfie or liveness check.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, onepkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Browsing and reading editorial content, guides, market overviews and responsible gambling resources published by onepkr.
• Using navigational and search features of the Platform for personal informational purposes.
• Accessing and using any Account-based features for which you are registered and eligible.
• Sharing links to individual public pages of the Platform for non-commercial, personal purposes.

All use of the Platform must comply with these Terms and all Applicable Law. The licence granted in this clause does not include any right to sublicence, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or modify any part of the Platform or its Content.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, do any of the following in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Access the Platform if you are under the minimum required age or if your use violates Applicable Law in your jurisdiction.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, infrastructure or any related systems.
• Introduce any virus, malware, trojan, spyware, denial-of-service attack or other malicious or disruptive code or technology.
• Scrape, crawl, index or otherwise systematically harvest Content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage or artificial manipulation of any Platform feature.
• Reproduce, copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content without express written authorisation from onepkr.
• Register multiple Accounts, use automated scripts to create Accounts, or impersonate another User.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or defame onepkr, its team members, other Users or any third party through the Platform.
• Make any false or misleading statement about onepkr, its content or its association with third-party brands, payment providers or sports organisations.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial articles, guides, graphics, user interface elements, design assets, layout, code and the onepkr brand name and logo — is owned by or licensed to onepkr and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, broadcast, sublicense or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without obtaining our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform — including those of payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as the Pakistan Cricket Board and Pakistan Super League — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, partnership or approval by those entities. onepkr does not reproduce protected logos or official marks of any third party.

9.1 Information Disclaimer. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational purposes only. onepkr makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of any Content published on the Platform. You rely on Platform Content at your own risk.

9.2 No Gambling Services. onepkr does not operate any gambling service. We do not accept bets, process wagers, hold player funds or operate any casino, sportsbook or wagering facility. Any gambling activity you undertake is conducted directly with a third-party Operator under that Operator's own terms, licence and regulatory framework. onepkr has no liability whatsoever in relation to any such activity.

9.3 No Legal or Financial Advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax or investment advice. The legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is complex. Users must seek independent professional advice before taking any action based on Platform Content.

9.4 Payment Provider Disclaimer. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other payment providers are included for informational familiarity only. onepkr does not represent that any of these providers support, facilitate or endorse gambling-related transactions. Method availability is subject to the relevant Operator's current cashier configuration and applicable regulations.

9.5 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, onepkr, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, gambling losses, data loss or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.6 Third-Party Links. The Platform does not include external links to third-party websites. Where any such reference exists, onepkr is not responsible for and does not endorse the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party website.

onepkr does not process, hold or transfer any funds on behalf of Users in connection with gambling activity. All financial transactions — including deposits, withdrawals and currency conversions — are conducted directly between the User and the relevant licensed Operator.

Where onepkr references payment methods for illustrative purposes — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment infrastructure such as Raast, and bank accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — such references are informational only. 13.1 By onepkr. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform or your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your continued use poses a legal, regulatory, reputational or security risk to onepkr or its users;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion request or responsible gambling intervention;
• We are required to do so by court order, regulatory direction or Applicable Law.

13.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at the email address provided in the Contact section below. Closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to termination.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. As onepkr is not licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority, the governing law and jurisdiction applicable to disputes are determined by the jurisdiction in which onepkr is constituted or operates, as may be specified from time to time.

Nothing in this clause limits the application of Applicable Law to a User's access and use of the Platform within their own jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that their access to and use of online gambling content may be subject to Pakistani federal and provincial law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

onepkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Where we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users through the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
